Tieguanyin (literally iron bodhisattva) has many stories. What the legend has in common is that the tea trees are related to Guanyin (Bodhisattva), so the name of the tea contains the word "Guanyin". There are two explanations for the word "iron": One is that the leaves of the tea tree are shining "iron" under the sun, and the other is that after the tea is fermented, "tea is like iron". Tieguanyin (Fragrant) contains the most abundant types of aroma components, and the fragrance is rich and long-lasting, and has the reputation of "fragrance even after seven infusions".
